So… we’ve officially taken Bare With Us to YouTube.

After a lot of chatting, overthinking and a few “shall we / shan’t we” moments, we finally hit upload and honestly, it feels like the right next step for us.

If you’ve followed our blog for a while, you’ll know we’ve always shared our naturist life in a very real, down-to-earth way. No shock factor. No preaching. Just honest experiences, thoughts, laughs, awkward moments and the occasional “well, that didn’t go as planned”.

YouTube gives us a space to bring all of that to life in a more personal way.

What we’ll be sharing on our channel

Our YouTube channel is an extension of the blog just with moving images and our actual voices (brace yourselves).

You can expect:

🌊 Naturist beach visits and holidays

🏖️ Naturist locations, hotels and events we’ve been to

💬 Honest thoughts and feelings about naturism

😂 Funny moments, behind-the-scenes clips and real life stuff

❓ Q&As and answering the questions people are often curious (or confused) about

🌿 Normalising naturism as just another way of living, not a big scary thing

Some videos will be chatty, some scenic, some light-hearted, some thoughtful — very much us.

Why YouTube?

Quite simply, writing isn’t always enough anymore.

There are things you can explain in words… and then there are things that are better shown. The atmosphere of a beach. The calm of being naked in nature. The normality of it all.

YouTube lets us:

Show that naturism isn’t weird or extreme

Put real faces to the blog

Be a bit more relaxed and conversational

Reach people who might never stumble across a written blog

We also know that for some people, watching someone talk openly is far less intimidating than reading an article — especially if they’re new, curious, or quietly wondering if naturism might be for them.

This is very much a journey

We’re brand new to YouTube. We’re learning as we go. There will be growth, experimentation, and probably the odd cringe moment — but that’s kind of the point.

We’re not aiming to be polished influencers.

We’re aiming to be real humans living a real naturist life.
