UPDATE - Naturist Move and Meditate
We launched our Naturist Move & Meditate programme back in February, and honestly, we’ve been blown away by the response. The feedback, interactions and support we’ve received have exceeded all expectations.
We think the reason it’s been received so well is because we’ve kept it simple. We’ve just been ourselves.
There are moments where we’re serious and focused, but we always keep things light-hearted and fun too. Ginny usually takes the lead while Chris does his best to keep up. In fact, Chris has very kindly volunteered himself as the “alternative moves” department. When Ginny says, “touch your toes,” Chris is usually smiling proudly with his hands somewhere around knee level.
But that’s exactly the point.
Our approach has never been about perfection. It’s about moving your body, enjoying the process and doing what feels right for your own ability level. We want people to feel comfortable, not intimidated. It’s as much a mental release as it is a physical workout.
And there really is something incredibly freeing about moving through a natural yoga flow without clothing. No distractions, no restrictive clothing, just you, your body and the movement itself.
So what does our library look like?
You’ll find routines for all ability levels. Most feature both of us on camera, although there are also solo sessions from each of us. We’ve made use of different areas of the studio to keep things varied, and we’ve even ventured outdoors for some of our latest routines.
The library includes everything from quick five-minute warm-ups, stretches and cool-downs for those days when time is short, right through to thirty-minute full-body workouts when you’re looking for something more substantial.
Alongside the movement sessions, you’ll find our growing collection of guided meditations. Using Ginny’s wonderfully calming voice, these take you on relaxing journeys through the mind, accompanied by naturist-inspired visuals that help create a sense of peace and connection.
We’ve also committed to adding new content during the first week of every month. It’s been a challenge at times, but one we’ve genuinely enjoyed… mostly. Recording voice-overs still feels slightly unnatural to us, which is probably why there are occasional moments of laughter between takes.
The best part for new subscribers is that everything is available immediately. As soon as you join, you gain access to the entire back catalogue, which now includes more than three hours of workout content and almost an hour of guided meditations.
Not bad going for just four months.
